NOT
POLITE.
A small rebellion against forgettable cookies, sensible portions and saving room for dinner.

01 — The idea
Worth ruining dinner for.
MELT began with one unreasonably thick cookie and a refusal to compromise. Crisp at the edge. Barely holding itself together inside. The kind of thing that needs both hands and your full attention.
Deeply unserious cookies. Extremely serious ingredients.

02 — The ritual
Small batches. Big problems.
French butter. Single-origin chocolate. Roasted nuts. Each batch is mixed, filled and baked by hand, then boxed before anyone changes their mind.
